As a Key Account Manager for Gatehouse Auto, you will be a revenue and retention accountable owner of a book of
automotive advertisers from across the country.  This role will have a unique opportunity to provide advertisers with one of the
most diverse and impactful mix of advertising solutions available from any single advertising company.

Facebook products together as a single solution for advertisers with a dedicated team of auto industry expertise and
advertising experience.
 
Job Description:
The key account manager will serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers after an automotive field sales
representative has sold them. For new advertisers, they will help facilitate an onboarding experience that is productive,
informed and sets a tone of collaboration and partnership. Once advertising campaigns are live, the key account manager will
ensure results are being delivered and that all key stakeholders are managed to a well understood set of objectives.
 
At all times, the key account manager is responsible for retention and growth of their accounts. They will balance operational
oversight and process discipline with critical thinking and effective upselling and cross-selling of solutions.
 
 
Some specific responsibilities include:
  • Deliver regular performance reporting and campaign summaries to clients using available tools and information available from various departments
  • Become an expert on the advertisers business by having a full understanding of their goals and objectives, audience,competitors, and position in the marketplace
  • Responsible for ensuring advertisers get maximum value from our products and services
  • Monitor advertising campaign progress and proactively identify issues or opportunities which require action
  • Detect relationship risks, and develop solutions for both internal and external teams with a goal of maintaining account satisfaction and retention
  • Responsible for assisting in quality control of client deliverables
  • Ensure deadlines and key milestones are understood by all stakeholders and then achieved
  • Assist Sales Leaders with presentations and sales pitches to clients and potential clients
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of revenue and retention accountable account management
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability and desire to own customer relationships and success, lead teams, share knowledge and mentor colleagues
  • A dynamic personality that can build outstanding relationships
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes
  • Strong writing, presenting and communication skills are a must
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SalesForce and SalesPro preferred
  • Digital marketing experience a plus: paid search, display media, paid social, SEO, mobile, and analytics
  • Auto industry knowledge or car enthusiasts preferred
  • Bachelor'\s degree preferred
