We’re looking for a seasoned, energetic and passionate Account Manager to join our team – a high-energy, collaborative and innovative group of creative and strategic thinkers that proactively develops groundbreaking B2B and B2C marketing solutions for a wide variety of advertising clients and internal departments. 


• Lead the team in building and executing marketing and advertising programs including Display, Email, Mobile, Print, Search, Social, TV and more
• Operate as the central point of contact for all communications between the customer and our internal teams and vendors
• Be the trusted advisor with your customers and develop relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with an eye toward growing accounts and adding additional value over time
• Own the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives while ensuring budgets are maintained
• Clearly communicate the progress of weekly, monthly and quarterly programs to internal and external stakeholders including reporting on key successes
• Track, forecast and report on key account metrics on a quarterly and annual basis
• Research, identify and grow opportunities in partnership with sales teams to ensure growth of customers and prospects
• Triage requests and monitor projects as necessary to identify and adjust any issues or escalations of an account


• 5+ years of account management or related experience in an agency or marketing department
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Demonstrated experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs, goals and budgets
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Expertise with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with project management systems (e.g., Wrike) a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to speak in front of internal and customer audiences
• BA/BS degree
