Description
Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, one of the nation's top weekly paid circulation legal news publishers seeks a digital sales account executive in our Boston office.  The digital sales account executive will be responsible for spearheading a comprehensive understanding of all digital offerings, including Propel Marketing Services, and building and growing a digital book of business, while also carrying goals for traditional advertising, sponsorships and ancillary products. The position reports to the Advertising Director.
 
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
  • Achieving full competency in all print and digital offerings, with an emphasis on Propel Marketing Services
  • Creating compelling proposals and presentations based on current sales offerings
  • Meeting and exceed sales goals by maintaining and growing a book of business
  • Networking and promoting a positive and consistent brand image on behalf of the company
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining solid relationships and serving as an industry expert to decision makers
  • Utilizing CRM to track and support sales efforts. Goals will be established by the Advertising Director in advance of each quarter.
  • Tracking personal sales for the current month and giving accurate projections as needed.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a digital sales role; college graduate or equivalent business/sales experience
  • Solid digital knowledge and consultative sales acumen
  • Past experience with CRM
  • A proven track record in developing new business and achieving individual sales goals
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills; detail-oriented
  • Client service oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
